Deathmoth

Their bodies are covered in thick dark fur, and their wings often display patterns resembling eyes or unsettling shapes. Adult Deathmoths are generally aggressive and territorial. They frequently attack explorers who enter their hunting grounds or approach their nests. Their primary weapons include sharp claws, powerful mandibles, and irritating particles released from their bodies. Some reports also describe severe allergic reactions following contact with their scales. Deathmoths are most active in dark or dimly lit environments. Their ability to fly almost silently makes them particularly difficult to detect before an attack. Despite their monstrous appearance, juvenile specimens are sometimes less aggressive than adults, though they remain unpredictable and potentially dangerous.
